The works carried out achieved the following objectives:

More rooms available to guests: thanks to the investment, the castle now has 9 new rooms with their own bathrooms, vertical connections for three mezzanine rooms, new sanitary fittings and sound-absorbing internal doors, as well as new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
Higher quality standards: following the works, the property now has a porter's lodge, a reception and a shop with a tasting area where guests can buy food and wine from Le Marche. The rooms are being fitted with new quality furnishings and already have safes and USB chargers. Together with a yoga and massage room, a meeting room with projector and a business area with a multifunction printer at reception, these works allow the property to raise the quality of what it offers, and have enabled it to join the specialist tourism service networks in compliance with the regional standards for CULTURE, TREKKING and BUSINESS.
Better service provision: works aimed at improving safety, environmental sustainability and the comfort and wellbeing of the property.
